COACHING

"Coaching consists of three actions, all arising out of mutual respect and love. Those actions are encouragement, mentorship and instruction.  Of the three actions, the first two are clearly the most important.  Skills mean little without the rock-solid foundation of clear understanding, intent and commitment to excellence."
